1. Who Operates This Store

cqtailan (“we,” “us,” or “our”) runs this website. These terms apply when you use the store or make a purchase through it, along with the product details and policies shown before checkout.

2. Store Use

When using the store, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and shipping details. You must be legally able to place an order or, if applicable, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for illegal purposes or fraudulent purchases, disrupt its operation, or access any information or systems without authorization.

3. Product Details and Availability

Before placing an order, check the product description, sizing details, materials, and care directions. Colors may look different depending on your device or display. This does not affect your rights if a product is defective, substantially unlike its description, or sent to you by mistake.

We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions, prices, and availability up to date. If an error affects your order, we’ll explain the issue and the options available. We won’t send a replacement product or charge you an additional amount without your consent. If we’re unable to supply an item, we’ll let you know and refund any payment collected for that item.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout display the applicable price and currency. Any applicable taxes and the total due are shown before you pay.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Payment options are listed at checkout, and payments are handled by the providers made available there.

5. Orders and Shipping

We currently deliver only within the United States. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated carrier transit of 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. More information is available in our Shipping Policy.

For an address correction, order change, or cancellation request, email hello@cqtailan.com promptly. We’ll see whether we can make the change before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery. We pay return shipping, and there are no restocking or return handling fees.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll let you know the outcome. If approved, we’ll start the refund to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

7. Shopify and Privacy

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or buy from us, Shopify processes information to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may handle information in countries outside your own.

8. Site Content and External Services

Materials on this website may be protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or by others. Buying a product does not transfer those rights to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to an external service does not, by itself, mean we are affiliated with or endorse that service. If you use an external service, review its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Concerns, Legal Rights, and Updates

If you have an issue with the website or an order, contact us so we can look into it and work toward a resolution. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

We may revise these terms for future store use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the terms and policies displayed when you order will continue to apply to that purchase. We’ll provide notice of material changes when required.
